As an assistant cook in our “Das Johann” you will prepare breakfast for our guests and spoil them every morning with delicious egg dishes, so that they can then start strengthened on the slopes. In the evening you support our chef in the evening service and are responsible for the daily mise-en-place in addition to cutting, preparing and decorating ingredients and dishes. As an absolute team player you will help your teammates at peak times and with your passion for your profession you will impress not only our guests but also your team members.
