Daily rates

The Johann:

  • The prices for double and single rooms are per room per day, including VAT and Johann breakfast, excluding the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.
  • The prices for children or additional persons in a double room are valid for a full occupancy of two persons and are also per person per day, including VAT and the Johann breakfast, excluding the tourist tax of €3.00. From the age of 15, a tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day will be charged.
  • Prices at Johann Lodge vary depending on the number of guests and are quoted per lodge per day, including VAT but excluding breakfast and the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.

THE FOX DEN:

  • The prices for double rooms are per room and day, including VAT and Johann breakfast, excluding the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.
  • Prices at FUXBAU Lodge vary depending on the number of guests and are quoted per lodge per day, including VAT but excluding breakfast and the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.

ARLBERG LODGES:

  • Prices at the ARLBERG Lodge vary depending on the number of people and are quoted per lodge per day, including VAT, excluding breakfast and the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.

HOUSE HANNES SCHNEIDER:

  • The prices in our luxury chalet are per day, including VAT, excluding breakfast and the tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.

RESERVATION

For a binding reservation, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount within two weeks by bank transfer or credit card payment.

Your booking is only valid once you have received a booking confirmation. Enquiries to the hotel are non-binding and do not constitute a firm booking.

The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (except Diners Club).

Please note that rooms and lodges are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. House Hannes Schneider is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and lodges by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available depending on availability for an additional charge of €85.00 per room/lodge.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellations, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply. In the event of cancellation, this means:

  • Free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
  • From 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
  • In the event of early departure or no-show, we will also charge 100% of the total price.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We offer travel cancellation insurance for only €4.00 per booked night and per full-paying guest. In the event of a claim, a medical certificate or proof of a family event that is considered a valid reason by the insurance company must be sent to us in writing at servus@hoteljohann.at. Travel cancellation insurance can be taken out directly with us when booking your vacation.

DOGS

Your four-legged family member is very welcome in our hotels. We charge a daily rate of €20.00 for your dog, excluding food, and ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the wellness areas. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all our hotels. Our housekeeping team will be happy to provide a blanket and bowls for your four-legged friend in your room or lodge.

BREAKFAST for LODGE GUESTS

Would you like to enjoy breakfast at our Hotel Johann? Then we kindly ask you to make a reservation. We charge €25.00 per person for breakfast. Or would you prefer to have a mountain breakfast served directly at the lodge? The mountain breakfast costs €33.00 per person.

RESTAURANT

You can enjoy a delicious dinner in our gourmet restaurant FUXBAU. We recommend reserving a table.

ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION

Do you drive an electric car? You can conveniently charge your electric car in our parking garage. There are two charging stations available. You will need your fuel card for electric cars to charge your vehicle.
